Return Policy

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and/or packaging and must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Monogrammed items are not eligible for an exchange or return. All monogrammed items are final sale.

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer service department at support@katiekime.com with pictures.

EXCHANGES

If requesting an exchange (not return), we will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once we receive, inspect, and confirm your exchange is eligible, your new item(s) will get produced and shipped out. Katie Kime is not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping, and therefore strongly suggest you pack all items carefully and track all items. RETURNS

If requesting a return (not exchange), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Katie Kime is not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping, and therefore strongly suggest you pack all items carefully and track all items. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.

If approved for a return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-7 business days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
